We use Canada Post, DHL, UPS, and USPS to ship all of packages. All packages will be shipped from our inventory at Amazon Fulfillment in the USA and Canada.
All orders placed before 6PM will be eligible for 2 Day Shipping. Tracking Numbers will be provided for all orders.
Postage can be upgraded for faster shipping and will include a tracking number,
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. The seller is not responsible for lost or misdirected items due to an incorrect address. Please include a phone number and valid Email Address.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY: Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes or duty fees. Also, I cannot control any delays caused by customs. This very rarely has occurred.

We are responsible for your lovely new purchase until it reaches the Post Office.
If your purchase is lost or damaged by the postal service, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by Canada Postal Service and insured through Canada Postal Service Insurance Services. We are responsible for your purchases until it reaches the Post Office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order for any reason. We are happy to discuss your concerns.
No refunds. If there is a problem with your order (specifically, a physical error caused by the maker) exchange will be given for items that are returned within 14 days. We will reimburse shipping costs only if there is a major flaw in your purchase. In this case, you may be asked to send a photo of the item.
Please contact us to discuss these issues before return-shipping your package; only then will you be eligible for shipping reimbursement.
